Q: How do I find the year my saddle was
manufactured?
A: You will find a 5 digit code stamped on
your saddle, on the Albion Platinum you will find your saddle number stamped on
the near side, underside on top flap. All other models are stamped on
the near side of the sweat flap. If you call Albion on our direct line
on +44 (0) 1922 646210. We will be happy to provide you with the details
of your saddle.

Q: How do I find out who my local Albion
stockist is?
A: If you visit our
stockist
locator on our homepage, simply enter your postcode and your local

Q: How do I know if my saddle fits?
A: We recommend without exception that all
saddles are fitted by an experienced, qualified saddle fitter. However
if you are looking to decide whether your saddle fits or not, take a
look at our essential fitting tips in our brochure which gives advice on
how to fit your saddle.

Q: Will Albion come and fit my saddle?
A: Albion do not offer this service,
however Albion supply a large number of independent saddle fitters who
are listed on the
stockist
locator who would be happy to assist with fitting your saddle.

Q: Can I buy my saddle directly from
Albion?
A: We do not sell saddles directly to
riders, we sell through authorised Albion stockists worldwide. If you
would like information on your
local

Q: Can the fitting be changed in my Albion
saddle?
A: Yes, if you find your horse has changed
shape and your Albion no longer fits correctly, please contact your
local
stockist to discuss the options available.

Q: Can I change the fitting of my Albion
Platinum saddle myself?
A: The Platinum saddle requires an Albion
trained saddle fitter to change the fitting. It can also be changed by
being sent into the factory via your
local
stockist or your saddle fitter may carry out the alterations needed on
site.

Q: How long is my saddle covered under
warranty for?
A: All of our products carry a
comprehensive warranty that covers faulty materials and bad workmanship.
The tree (5 years) - for breakage while subject to normal usage and
conditions.
All other saddle components (2 years) - for manufacturing errors or
component defects.

Q: If I have an accident can my saddle be
repaired?
A: Yes, you need to contact your
local
stockist / saddle fitter who will advise you on how to get your saddle
repaired and the cost involved.

Q: How do I know if my stockist is a
genuine Albion stockist?
A: All our qualified Albion stockists are
listed on our
stockist
locator or please call us on +44 (0) 1922 646210 where one of our sales
team will be happy to advise you.

Q: What do I do if I am not happy with my
saddle fitter?
A: All of the saddle fitters we supply are
experienced saddle fitters, however if you are unhappy with their

best to help you resolve this.

Q: What colours can I have my Albion
saddle in?
A: Albion saddles can be customised to a
range of colours. Standard colours are Black, Chocolate or Dark Havanah.
Ultima saddle colours are made in Mushroom Black or Mushroom Brown.

Q: How do I look after my new Albion
saddle?
A: We advise that a full application of our
Albion soap and leather balm is applied before you ride in your new
Albion saddle. After this we highly recommend daily cleaning, an
application of the Albion soap and Albion leather balm maintains the
quality and suppleness that is required.
