Albion’s Big Competition – Hiho Silver
We can’t believe the incredible response to our Big Competition, and we’re SO grateful to every person who’s entered and shared. And we’re hugely thankful to all the great brands that have come in on this competition with us too, to help us create the most incredible prize bundle. Each week, we’re running a blog about one of these brands, who are working with us and six other brands (eight in total, including us) and adding something extra special alongside the K3 saddle and the bridle we’re giving. And this week’s focus is on Hiho Silver.
Hiho Silver is an equestrian jewellery designer based in Somerset. In 2019, Hiho celebrated its 25th brand anniversary and did so by releasing 25 pieces of jewellery over the year! Over the last quarter of a century, Hiho has become well known as sponsors and judges of the best dressed at the First Horse Inspection at some of the biggest events in the world, including Badminton Horse Trials and Burghley Horse Trials. In addition, Hiho produces Badminton’s Official Jewellery Collection and also works with British Eventing, The Pony Club, and the Willberry Wonder Pony Charity. And the purple flagged tradestand is a regular sight at all kinds of equestrian and country events.
Moving through to Hiho’s designs, one of its best known has to the Cherry Roller, which was created by the company and is only available from them and approved stockists. The original piece was a bangle made using a combination of sterling silver and rose gold plated beads, to mimic the well know Cherry Roller Snaffle. Since the first piece was made available, the Collection has expanded in terms of the metal beads offered (now available in solid gold and yellow gold plated too), the variety of stunning CZ crystal beads in an array of colours, letters beads and special editions, and designs too with necklaces, earrings, cufflinks and more being added to the Cherry Roller Collection. In fact, Hiho is giving two pieces from the Cherry Roller Collection as part of the Big Competition.
Exclusive Cherry Roller Bangle With Single CZ Roller Bead. This is one of Hiho’s most popular designs, combining the original Cherry Roller Bangle with sterling silver and 18ct rose gold beads with a single CZ bead in the middle. The CZ beads are made from sterling silver and encrusted with crystals in 14 different colours. And the winner will be able to choose which colour they have.
Exclusive Cherry Roller Stock Pin With Single CZ Roller Bead. The winner will also bag themselves a matching Cherry Roller Stock Pin with matching CZ bead in the middle. These stock pins are beautifully made with a sharp pin to do the job needed, but also add a little wow to any stock, whenever used.
